Our Services:

1. Residential Care:

- Provided in state-licensed, single-family homes owned or leased by OAHC.

- 24/7 supervision, 365 days a year.

- Includes medication administration, meal planning, housekeeping, activity planning, and transportation.

- Transportation to all medical and therapeutic appointments.

- Ideal for individuals with Consolidated Waiver through the Office of Developmental Programs.

2. In-Home Support:

- Delivered in a service recipient’s personal home according to their needs.

- Staff members assist with meal planning, home maintenance, personal care, and daily living activities.

- Family members can be hired to provide this service.

- Goal-oriented to foster independence.

- Ideal for PFDS/Community Living/Consolidated Waiver individuals.

3. Behavioral Support:

- Provided by highly trained or licensed behavior specialists.

- Functional Behavior Assessment and Behavior Support Plan for each recipient.

- Ongoing support to manage behaviors and train caregivers.

- Ideal for individuals with behavioral challenges or those seeking to improve coping skills.

4. Supervised Care:

- Focused on health, safety, and ensuring supervision during personal care and community activities.

- Family members can be hired to provide this service.

- Ideal for PFDS/Community Living/Consolidated Waiver individuals needing close supervision.

5. Respite Care:

- Temporary relief for family members who supervise their loved ones.

- Services can be provided at an OAHC site or in the individual’s home.

- Ideal for PFDS/Community Living/Consolidated Waiver individuals.

6. Environmental Maintenance:

- Focused on maintaining a clean and safe environment in the individual’s home.

- Ideal for individuals needing assistance with cleaning and organizing their home.
