"The bagels are tasty, and the sandwich I got was ok, but I was shorted a bagel. The person taking my order was having a very hard time hearing me about which half dozen bagels I wanted and left one out. I also asked for one of the bagels to be toasted and it was not, only sliced and slightly warm. It was also a bit expensive."
"Most of the time they are doing good. I mean ok. This morning bagel was barely toasted and cream cheese was so messy all over the bagel. my cappuccino had this strange flavor even I ordered no flavor. Disappointed ."
"While this is a great, consistent, bagel - you should only visit on a weekday until they figure out mobile orders and walk ins and make enough product. Weekend options for bagels are always limited. Just today at 9am I was told that couldn’t order more than 2 bagels, loose, when I wanted 6 - because not enough had been made. Regularly on weekends, varieties are unavailable. The business needs to learn how to balance online orders with walk-in on weekends, especially and make more product available. Limiting walk-in orders weekend after weekend is unacceptable business practices and is never seen in traditional bagel shops like local competitors. Will be driving the extra distance from now on. Just not worth the frustration on weekends."
