"I stayed here for one night to get out of the house to clear my mind. The room was a decent standard room and pretty clean and the front desk staff was friendly. However, I did have an issue, I accidentally left my iPhone charger in the room. I called a few hours after I checked out and was told they had the charger and it would be at the front desk. When I went to pick it up, there were two chargers at the front desk but neither were mine, nor were they iphone chargers. The operations manager was nice enough to walk me upstairs to check but the room had been cleaned and my charger was gone. The only explanation is that a staff member stole my iPhone charger and tried to pass off one of the others as mine, which was comical. I didn’t make a scene about it though. I just said thank you, exchanged cards with the operations manager in case it “showed up” and left. I won’t stay here again because thieves work here but this should be a warning to others to make sure you have all of your belongings before checking out because you may never see it again if you try to go back for it."

"We stayed for one night to catch an early morning flight, and to leave our car parked there. Everything was smooth, and it was a great deal for the night and the parking. We were pleased the the room and the service."

"I've stayed here a couple of times. Overall a very serviceable place with nice staff. Every room I've been in has been clean. I've had no problems with the $250 deposit being returned promptly. My one and only complaint is that the free wi-fi is spotty - I sometimes have trouble even streaming a YouTube video. I care a lot about that, so it's enough to drop this to 4/5."

"Room was very clean and beds were firm. Staff were very friendly and informative upon arrival. Location is convenient to the interstate and airport and it is very quiet. Would stay here again if in the area and looking for a place that isn't overly expensive. Breakfast was decent and what I expected for a free hotel breakfast."

"Stayed here for 2 nights. It was overall a good stay. My room was clean (except for the bath rug for some reason), quiet, and very comfortable. It was easy to sleep both nights. Plus the breakfast was pretty good, and having a Royal Farms right across the parking lot was very convenient. The two minor issues that cause me to not give this place 5/5 were: 1. The lobby had no AC. I stayed in the middle of a heat wave and I felt so bad for the poor employee at the front desk. 2. They use satellite TV which is very unreliable during bad weather. I was watching a sporting event and I missed a very important moment because the signal went out at the wrong time. I’ve never had this happen at any other hotels I’ve stayed at. For the low-ish price I paid compared to other hotels, this isn’t a bad place. It doesn’t get the full 5 stars from me but I would stay here again."
