Towers at Wyncote Apartments

"I've been here since October 2023 and I don't really have anything negative to say. My apt is very nice with a nice view. Of course there are minor problems with the apt, but maintenance comes in a very timely manner and does their best to fix the problem. I enjoy it here."

"Cabinet needs to have a back to it.I really don't see where anything but some foam was placed there. None of my other cabinets look like this It needs to be repaired properly. Thank you maintenance for the prompt response and solving my cabinet. repairs."

"I am giving this place 2 stars. I've been here since August of this year. I must say when my lease is up I won't be renewing my lease. My front door doesn't seal 100% so cigarettes and weed smell some through and smell it all through my apartment. When I walk outside my apartment the first thing that smacks you is smell cigarettes or weed smoke.. You know just depends on the day. They’ll send emails and letters about the cigarettes and weed smell but do you think that changes anything? If you thought no, your correct! The walls are thin here, loud music from your neighbors not just only on weekends. So I'll let that sink in. The good thing is people who work here are nice and helpful and that's where the two stars come from. That's all I have to say. Good luck"

"I have finally found my dream home here at, "Towers of Wyncote." It is such a pleasure to live here, because here you can feel they care and are listening you. You can see your money well spent. The grounds are well kept and manicured. Just beautiful here. Most, if not all, complaints/issues are addressed in a wholesome and timely manner. No bully landlords. They are patient and kind, the entire staff. They keep you informed of the going-ons on the property. There's activities on the property for all to participate, such as, crafting, gardening, wreath decorating, to name a few. The amenities are great. We're only missing an indoor pool, ( that's just my desire). We have newly arrival movies as well as many others. I'm telling you from my experience this is the place to be. Our landlords are patient and kind. Not to mention, our buildings are well kept. Our cleaning persons comes in faithfully every morning before some of us are awake to keep our buildings clean and fresh and our trash rooms cleaned. I am also in the industry, and rarely do I see places so well kept, especially the trash rooms. It gives you a sense of pride to live here and pay this rent. In essence, the "Towers at Wyncote" is a place I'm proud to call home. Again, money well spent."

"I have been living at towers for more than a year and It has been a pleasant experience. its expensive but worth every penny as the common areas are well maintained/clean,employees are respectful and helpful (specially Ursula who works at the front desk in Tower 2 who always reminds me of packages delivered when I am out). The gym has a little bit of everything for a quick work-out! The view from my apartment is lovely !"
