Zoom Dry Cleaning

"Let me start by saying that they did not ruin,or loose anything and it was ready in 24hrs. just as they stated. That being said…I took 2 suits and 3 dress shirts in. All brand new never worn,just out of the box. So really they didn’t need cleaned,only pressed well,which I mentioned and tipped the young man ten dollars and change on a twenty nine and change bill. Which is quite cheap IMO. My only request was that they press them nicely,and was skeptical as I left. When I picked everything up the next day,well…the shirts aren’t terrible,if you only plan to wear it once,but don’t see it holding its press any longer. But the suits didn’t really look any different than when I brought them in. Now they certainly aren’t the most expensive suits I own (3 & 4 hundred each) but certainly not off the rack garbage either. If inexpensive regular dry cleaning is what you’re looking for then this is the place for you. If your a military guy and want quality cleaned and pressed,sharp creased suits then go elsewhere…by their own admission they deal in bulk and keeping their prices as low as possible and aren’t interested in “specialty” services. All that said…they seem nice enough,but I would gladly spend more,to get the finsh I’m after. Update: Dear owner, I saw your reply,and let me respond by saying I did my best to give an honest review. That is why I mentioned many of your qualities first and last in my post,but I want to be clear. I WAS UNHAPPY with your lack of starch,but it is the QUALITY of pressing,especially on the sport coats that I am MOST UNHAPPY with. The collars are double creased,the lapels not creased at all ,and they both still have the folds from the box they were shipped in. So your lack of starch is actually the least of my dissatisfaction,and I could go on. But,will stop there and let the honesty of my initial review speak for itself. You obviously don’t want my “specialty” business (if a properly pressed jacket is special)and I’m happy to take it elsewhere. I’m sorry if you feel offended,but I would’ve thought a 35% tip would have warranted a little attention to detail. I am from Duquesne,and you can ask anyone who knows me,I Always tip well,and rarely complain. Sorry my business is not the kind you want."

"I've used Zoom Dry Cleaning services twice. First, they forgot about the stain that I asked them to remove from my pants. The second time, I asked them just to clean my suits. They spoiled the line on the office pants that I gave to them by ironing them wrongly. I don't recommend this place"

"Unfortunately I had a negative experience at Zoom. My first time going there every item I brought to be dry cleaned was disappointing in some way. First, each jacket has loosened buttons which hadn’t happened when dry cleaned elsewhere. Second, very simple stains I marked were not taken care of. Third, the pants I brought had many loose threads coming out after. Lastly, when I asked for a refund and told them I’d like to be loyal to them if they could help me with a refund this time, they unfortunately said no and said I welcome to go elsewhere if I wanted. I was really hoping to have a better experience based on other reviews. I wish them the best of luck in future business endeavors."
