"I set up an zoom appointment, but when I tried to connect, it said my web browser was not supported. I was then told that I could continue the appointment over the phone, but that my insurance might not cover it. I was trying to download chrome, but then the RN just disconnected. I tried calling back the office and the scheduler hung up on me. Doesn't seem like they care about my health at all. Update: (one week later) - social media coordinator asked me for my contact info. I gave it to her and subsequently received a letter from Einstein stating they will no longer take me as their patient at any of their facilities. Is this how you handle customer complaints and/or criticisms???"

"Dr Drumm has been my PCP for almost 10 years. When in the office he is always thorough, thoughtful, honest and personable. I feel the decisions made about my care are collaborative and he takes time to make sure you understand impact and alternative options. Additionally, he is always quick to respond to emails to answer non urgent care or prescription questions. I’d highly recommend Dr Drumm!"

"Dr Drumm listens so thoroughly. His questions always drill down to the issue and you leave feeling he came up with the best plan of attack. He invites you to give your feedback, as well. When I leave, I know he has done his very best for me. If I hit a bump in the raod, we discuss it. I haven't felt I've had a great primary until I began with him."
