"Fell and damaged my ankle and was very painful and figured I sprained it. After two days with no improvement called my doctor and he e-mail d me a script for X-ray. In the process of searching found out you need appointment at Penn Medicine closest to me—no walk-ins. Thank God this is just an urgency and not an emergency."

Don’t judge unless you are behind the desk. Reading some of these reviews are amusing because not everyone is perfect and we all have bad days. Cut the medical people a break!!"

"Always a pleasant and efficient experience with my radiology appointments. From check in/registration to the technicians, all are friendly and exhibit understanding and how to care for the patient. The best part is that I do not have to drive into downtown Philadelphia! I have been visiting this facility for 5 years. Highly recommended!"

"I have been a patient at this facility since it opened, and have always been impressed. Now, not so much. I tried to make a radiology appointment, only to be told my insurance is no longer accepted; however, the insurance company insists it is. After probably 10 attempts to get this resolved I am giving up and am afraid now the struggle to have my records sent to the new facility is just beginning. This makes me sad because it is so convenient, but I have already spent way too much time on this."
