"So it’s a Latina girl who is being soooo mean to some older white lady at the front desk. She’s so rude and nastyyyy. It’s 9a and your at work mean and nasty… this is why I only go to Penn…. A lot of urgent care in these neighborhoods just need to close it’s not worth being open if you hate your job"
"I wasn’t personally being seen but the front desk staff is incredibly unprofessional. Shannon was talking about customers after they hung up the phone. She also was on the phone with someone and was very rude and unhelpful. She never even asked the woman her name and continued to tell her I can’t help you I can’t help you. I know there was probably nothing she could do but customers just want to be heard. Listening is the bottom line for customer service. After she eventually hung up the phone she told her coworkers what happen very loudly. So loudly we all could hear it, she talked about other guests saying words like “her voice does not match her face”. The staff behind the front desk are the first thing a guest sees this was very unbecoming of this business. They continued to talk and take personal calls when guests were not even full checked in. Will not be returning to this urgent care, it was like a high school lunch room."

"Mrs Despina!! What a beautiful lively woman. She made me and my son very comfortable. She played with him, talked to him as well as myself. My son told me instead of 5 stars give her 10!! She’s sweet and has to be a great asset to the Everest team! The establishment of care is very clean. Staff is great and very knowledgeable. When ever something is wrong with me or my son Everest is the place."
