"I’ve had to have the company come out twice within 2 years of having them install a brand new roof. The first time I had to make several calls over almost 2 weeks to get someone to come out. The second time they came out the same day I made the call. Both times someone came to the house (while I was home), did whatever they had to do and left. There was no interaction at all about what they found, what was wrong, what it would take to fix the issue. Both times I had to call the company to follow up and get more clarity on what exactly they found or what they did. Based on my experience there is a lack of quality and customer experience."

"PQR is super. They came out, really innovative ideas and advice, got samples quickly and then the installation was fast, easy and clean. I'm super happy with Tommy and the crew. Fantastic work and certainly our roof top tiles are extremely nice. We are enjoying it. It gives the space a totally new feeling. The color is Philly Taupe."

"Philadelphia Quality Roofing replaced my South Philly roof in December and were exceptional to work with. They quickly came out to look at my issue, and proposed work that they were able to do quickly and efficiently. Throughout the process, they were on time, communicated with me, and cleaned up afterwards. I had to call them to come back to look at one other minor issue, which was no charge to me since they offer a 10 year warranty on their work. I would highly recommend them over other roofing companies and Lynsey, their office manager, is so helpful and responsive."

"UPDATE: The work done by Philadelphia Quality Roofers did not fix my leak, despite their assurances that the leak was "definitely" coming from my roof. In addition, when I had work done by other contractors to correct the leak, they had to correct the pitch of the flashing that PQR put up because it was installed incorrectly and making my leak WORSE by aiming water directly at my house rather than away. I've taken my 2-star rating down to a 1-star; my biggest regret of 2024 so far is trusting PQR with this job. Based on my recent experience with Philadelphia Quality Roofers, I would not recommend them. Pros: I felt that the technician who came to do the initial evaluation was very detailed and informative. He answered my questions and helped me understand the underlying cause of my roof issue. Cons: -Poor communication: There were multiple scheduling changes that were not communicated to me. As a result, work was delayed because snow hit before someone could get out to do the assessment, and I had to reschedule my own commitments to accommodate them at the last minute. One day workers showed up, banged around on the roof, then disappeared without ever once speaking to me directly. I frequently had to call the office to ask them for updates on the job. -Sloppy work: The work that was done does NOT look nicely finished. There are bulky, messy seams along the roof, the drain box is a completely different color than the pipe, and I was told that the down spout would connect to an existing spout to go to the storm drain; instead, they left it dangling and pouring water on my patio. -Price: Given the overall sloppiness of the work and the headaches of dealing with scheduling, I do not think they are worth the price."

"I cannot stress this enough: this is the best roofer in the Philadelphia area!! Philadelphia Quality Roofing was my 15th contractor I received a quote to diagnose a few leaks we were having in our 10-year old, walk-out roof. It comes down to this: 1) Tom and team were straight forward that a leak cannot be found unless they start looking underneath, 2) were upfront that this repair would not be cheap and outlined all the possibilities that could be potential costs down the line, 3) was 1 of 2 licensed providers in the Philadelphia area with Duradek (patented vinyl material with a 15 year manufacturing warranty), 4) Honest, on time, kind, and flexible staff (demo team, construction team, and office staff) - not to mention stand out recommendations for adjacent vendors (e.g., HVAC removal, inspector, electrical, etc.). They uphold their name, Quality, period."
