"Please tell me why I’ve been standing here at the counter waiting to pay for my food for 5 minutes while literally 2 employees in the back looked at us and ignored our existence while another employee swept the dining room also completely ignoring our existence. One of the employees off the clock also saw us but continued to show the girl sweeping things on her phone"
"I’ve had it with driving off only to find no dipping sauce for my nuggets when I get home. I guess I need to hold up the line to check and make sure they got my order right. It’s happened too many times. I ordered a sausage muffin and got a bacon muffin. So I’ll also have to open each sandwich to make sure I got what I ordered."
"This McDonald's sucks if you advertise 6AM - 11PM and then close at 10 PM with a line of cars at the drive through. There was also a McDonald's tru k unloading so someone can unload a truck in your store but u close early bad business."
"Customer service is good but the food is not good unfortunately. Fries are cold and old you can tell they have been sitting under the heat lamp long time and not served fresh and the burger I ordered was greasy and cold."
