"Today I had the pleasure of having Power install 12 new windows in my home. From the free window inspection, the sales information, installation and over all quality of the entire process was informative and easy. These windows are so nice! Jorge, Andres and their team were professional and did a nice job on installation. J, the project manager, stopped in to make sure I was happy with how everything was going and to ensure that window quality and work were up to Power’s standards. The customer care is phenomenal! There was an issue previously with the initial second floor window measurements due to the internal metal frame surrounding the existing windows. It delayed the project a few weeks. Old houses like to surprise us, but Power quickly remeasured, reordered and rescheduled my install date (today). I love that the windows are very well made and can fold out for easy cleaning. As an allergy sufferer and someone living near Clairton Coke Works, it’s important to have well made windows to keep the air inside of your home clean. I had one gnarly window with some water damage to the trim and inside of the wall. They were able to fix the damage as well as install the new window making it look good as new. The window replacement is affordable, with financing available, as well as the AMAZING lifetime warranty program that covers not only the windows themselves but the labor too! Because of the great experience I spoke with J before he left to discuss replacing my front door and side door so now I have two new doors coming soon! "We got 13 new windows in our sunroom and one additional room. The process was very smooth with little stress on our end. They were professional and reliable throughout the entire process. They gave a fair price for a good quality product. The thing that won us over was the warranty on not only the window but the work should something happen in the future. The installers noticed a small scratch in the glass of one of our windows, I couldn't event tell until he pointed it out. They had a replacement ordered and a date to swap it out before they left that day. My rooms are so quiet now and I can already feel the temperature difference.
