"I wouldn't even give them 1 star. They are not nice in the office, I've always felt like I was a nuisance every time I called to go over my multiple policies or if I had questions (As far as I'm concerned the agent should be there to help the client.) but my last straw with them was a call I just placed, again to check something on our policy, after the call, the lady I spoke with (I think her name was Sue,) thought she hung up the phone but didn't and proceeded to bad mouth me and the rest of my family. For over 15 minutes I heard the office staff bad mouthing my family and say things that were utterly mean and disturbing. After my husband called them to let them know about the incident, I never got a call or an email for an apology (I wish they had the guts to tell me all that stuff when they had me on the phone instead of behind my back.) The most unprofessional, irresponsible agent I have ever dealt with at any level. There are many Erie agents who would love to have our business and yours and are very helpful so I would suggest to go somewhere else"
