The Caswell at Runnymeade Farms

"My other half and I have been here for about a month and we absolutely love it. The staff is welcoming and personable, attentive and has the appropriate sense of urgency when addressing and issue you have, large or small but the system for inputting maintenance requests is slow. The amenity package is excellent, bldg 1 gym is the best apartment gym I’ve experienced. The location is great, just a quick 3 minute drive from Chester Pike about 25 minutes from PHL and very commutable to downtown Philly. Community events at the Caswell are thoughtful and well attended. Great place overall!"

"We have been here 3 months now and so glad we made the move. The office staff is super nice and accommodating. Love have a gym here. My grandchildren love the craft room when they visit, and I have used it to repaint a wall hanging for the bathroom. Best of all we already had a couple of friends here and are making new ones as well. When you move from your home to an apartment, you have to make some compromises. Ours is having upstairs neighbors who can be noisy. Life is never perfect, but make the best of it."

"How do I love living here? Let me count the ways: 1. The management team is the best! 2. The courtyard is magnificent. The landscaping is beautiful! 3. The grills, the firepits, the outside games. 4. The Social Hall - it's like walking into a 5 star hotel every single day! 5. The coffee bar - I will never make coffee again! 6. The people - everyone is so friendly! 7. The hot tub - we were even in it tonight- wonderful! 8. The pool, which we can't wait to use! 9. The craft room - I may just have to learn how to paint! 10. The suite that I will be renting when my kids come in to visit in two weeks. No mess in our unit! 11. The activities in the lobby that I will be able to use to entertain my young grandsons when they visit! 12. The beautiful gyms - maybe one day I'll go down and use them. 13. The business center - when I don't feel like working at home, I just work there. Having a printer is great, too! 14. And finally, finally - our apartment. We have done so much to it and we love it! It's the most beautiful home we have ever lived in and we've lived in many beautiful homes! 15. Wait - I'm not done - the dogs! We love dogs, don't want one, but love petting all of our doggie neighbors! 16. Our balcony and the view from our balcony - stunning! 17. The sunrises that we see each morning - magnificent! 18. The events that the management put on for us - so much fun and such a great way to meet people! 19. How fresh and new everything is - they thought of every single detail to make this place perfect! 10. Now, finally - EVERYTHING!!!!!"

"It's been a fantastic experience living at the Caswell at Runnymeade far superior in terms of its luxurious aesthetic, amenities, and living experience. The gym and pool area feel like our own private Equinox; we've found everything to be well-maintained and clean. And everything's so spacious that it never feels crowded in the public spaces (gym, pool, cafe, parking lot, etc.) despite the building's filling up. The lobby is STUNNING, has a HUGE terrace, and the views are fantastic I've had nothing but positive experiences liaising with building management across all aspects of the tenant experience."
