"ALLSTATE "SUCKS" Been with for 39 years only 2 claims. I had a water leak in our family room bathroom and the ceiling came down. Now there is a smell of mold. Turned in a claim to ALLSTATE and they said the damage is NOT COVERED BECAUSE ACORDING TO MY POLICY IT IS AN EXSISTING PROBLEM. How in the hell am I suppose to know its been leaking."

"Allstate had been what we considered a great insurance company until last year. A storm came through last summer 6/30/21 that blew shingles off of our roof and brought a tree down on top of our car, totaling it. That same tree landed on our lawn mower as well. Allstate refused to take that tree down for us and gave us very little for the shingles and lawnmower. Why carry homeowners if they won’t cover anything or they give you so little it could not possibly replace or repair what was damaged. This past Saturday 7/23/22 a part of that same tree came down on our other vehicle. We do not carry car insurance through them, if we had maybe they would have taken care of that tree. We will be dropping their insurance as soon as we are able to do so."
