Dell's Coin Laundry

"Re-editing this review 2/19/24. Which was a 4 star to now a 1 star could be 0 if it had it. I have been a customer for almost 1yr & 1/2. Tonight with this older heavy set lady working there since the moment me and my daughter(15yr old) got there she has been attacking me trying to control what machines and dryers I can and can’t use not really wanting me to use the back end side because she closed it knowing that the laundromat is pretty busy this evening so ofc I kept my calm and just ignored her but my teenage did not agree with my behavior in being so nice about it she said. Then one of the washer was jammed and stuck on 9 minutes for over 15+minutes and she said that was normal and when it jumped from 9-0 minutes it did not wash right and she tried to blame it on my clothes that it was heavy lol it’s wet common sense but whatever then she said it was too much clothes that’s why the machine acted up trying to tell me I needed 2 washer machines thinking my clothes were uniforms because they were black clothes smh but I used 6 washers and no others gave me problems obviously she had to blame my clothes for it so she called management because she didn’t think it was worth trying to give me the change to re-wash my clothes again either way I was not about to waste my time washing all over and drying when I have to get to work tonight so told the man to just give me the change and he did without no trouble at all. This old lady is really rude and got lucky with me because I’m nice and did not let her stress me out but I feel no longer wanting to return to this laundromat. We always got along with Lisa and the other ladies. Btw I got there at 6pm and it was busy with 7 other customers clothes there washing and drying."

"I don't like how they start shutting things down at like 7pm while people are still trying to do laundry. Attendant there was rude and pushy, continuing to shut out lights and roping off where you can't go use the better dryers after 7, even though it says last load isn't tile 730. By 810 on 12/10 she had 3 people still doing laundry and she's pushing us all out even though closing isn't til 9pm. I come here to do laundry in peace not to be feel rushed through it and as if I'm ruining someone's night at work by coming in 2 hours before closing."

"Decently clean. The prices for the time cycle is scary high. Don't know how people can use this place on a weekly basis. 23 minutes for a wash cycle. That is barely an agitation cycle, never mind rinse and spin. 5 minutes a quarter for the dryer."

"Nice clean laundry. Noticed the sign on front door that said handicapped entry on side door. There are no handicapped sins an three vehicles pulled up to side of building so close you couldn't roll a cart thru there"

"Very nice washers and dryers that accommodate heavy blankets. Reasonably priced and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean except for the decorations on top of the washers and dryers. They were antique laundry equipment and they were wonderful decorations except they were covered in dust. My asthma and allergies were activated, causing me to cough excessively the whole time I was there. However as I said the facility was very clean and the staff person was cleaning while we were there. These decorations were kind of up and out of the way so it might require someone tall and ladder or to be cleaned when there's no customers there... Like I said it's definitely a wonderful place to go I'm just a sensitive asthmatic."
