"Whenever I visit this location it’s always closed. If you do not have the staff to work or the funds to remain open then please close your store so that a new business can open in your place. Respectfully, I visit this location on Saturdays between the hours of 1-3pm with my stepson to purchase Pokémon cards. We usually have to go next door to the toy store because the store is closed. On the same token, a previous patron mentioned the staff looking miserable. I’d like to second that notion and add they are also not knowledgeable of their products. Please fix your store for the children of the community or shut down!"

"Save your time and don't come here because one time I came here to buy a game that I was told they had in stock from another Game Stop only to be told here that their system said that they had it but they didn't have a physical copy of it I like to personally think that maybe the only reason they told me that was because they didn't want to sell me anything since I wasn't a white person but come again this part of PA IS filled with some of the most racist people around after all so I guess I shouldn't be surprised I'm definitely not going to be returning here ever again"
