Al walked us thru several mattresses, giving very informative analysis on each on, and gave honest opinions on them. We had our minds set on a certain brand, and all he asked, was to let him do his job and for us to be open-minded. We're extremely glad we listened! "Mattress firm was really great! When I called to ask questions about their selection at King of Prussia I spoke with Lisa who was our sales expert and she was very informative and patient. When we arrived at the store she was genuinely nice and welcoming. She was extremely patient with me and husband since we were indecisive about which bed we wanted due to our differences in comfortability and the many options that we could from from. We both suffer from back pains so she was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we were looking for and gave great pointers for which mattress would fits us both. I’m so happy with what we end buying and having her to guide us for the perfect mattress. I would definitely recommend going to this location and ask for Lisa!"
