Koehler, PhD, LCSW, along with co-founders Tyler Titus and Rachel Lohr on July 26, 2019, our practice has grown into a warm and inviting space over the past five years. In 2023, Will and Angelica Spraggins became co-owners, bringing fresh energy and dedication to our mission. At Journey to a Trauma Informed Life, we are passionate about providing counseling, consulting, training, and speaking services to help individuals and communities heal from deep-seated traumas. Our dedicated team is committed to creating a trauma-informed, empowered, and engaged community of journeyers. We proudly serve diverse communities across Erie County and Northwest Pennsylvania, including LGBTQIA , BIPOC, people living with disabilities, and New Americans.
