"I recognized this shop from a previous location closer to Croydon. Was thrilled for a new shop experience and same high quality haircut. Was disappointed to receive a haircut I didn’t want, feeling very undone, and attitude rather than remorse towards a solution. Not 1 star because I know the shop and other barbers produce quality cuts, just wish coming to a resolution was more empathetic than personal offense, which is not the point of the transaction."
