"I’ve been here a few times, first was for a root canal and crown, they were fantastic honestly, the dentist I had was kind about my dental anxiety, it’s severe, and offered help for my next procedure. The cleaning was great that I received as well. I have a few complicated health issues that cause weird things to happen, and most recently I had an a gum issue, that needed to be addressed. When I called to get an appointment, they offered me a 3pm or 8 am appointment. I asked for the 3 pm appointment and was scheduled for the 8 am appointment, so I called back to possibly find a better time and I did. No harm no fowl, I guess. I come in for my appointment, and every one is great, go into my appointment, and try and tell them what was going on. All seems fine get x rays, it’s all fine … dentist comes in and is just kinda rushed, didn’t listen to me and kept telling me other stuff was going on, or it was a virus, or there wasn’t a problem… which there is a problem. He just didn’t want to take the time to deal with it. Infection of my gum with no tooth death, so no root canal. He then referred me to a specialist and specifically told me he wanted me to see him and that they took my insurance. Gave me their pamphlet, I called and the first thing they tell me after I schedule is that they don’t take my insurance and it will be 400.00 to even look at me. I go back into to dental office to ask for a different referral and they got really weird and defensive with me, causing a bit of panic in me, because I have severe dental anxiety, and the 2 front office women basically treated me like I was being dramatic. Asking for a referral is not being dramatic, and trying to make sure that they weren’t giving incorrect information to patients is also not being dramatic. Additionally during the visit Dr. Seiaviteh kept demanding why I hadn’t taken care of it, and I kept telling him every whare I had been to take care of it and he just didn’t want to listen to me or have me ask questions about next steps. I had to tell him that my rheumatologist wants me on antibiotics because she is concerned about a possible blood infection. He also wasn’t aware of any possible drug interactions with antibiotics and auto immune suppressants which was concerning to me. Basically I left having a bit of a panic, because 1. I felt like he just didn’t want me as a patient, 2. He didn’t want to deal with my slightly more complicated dental issue. 3. And a bit humiliated because of him just disregarding any of my health, and dental anxiety and blaming me for a problem I have tried to fix, and was additionally trying to fix by seeing him. This problem is also preventing me from being able to take medication for an autoimmune issue. So having it addressed is really important besides the possibility of blood infection. I will probably go back, because it’s really hard finding a dentist, but I do not think I will want to see that particular dentist again. I honestly doubt I will end up going to the specialist he wanted me to see because I don’t have that kind of money . I did leave with a prescription, but it was for a shorter duration than what I have been prescribed in the past for this same issue. I have concerns that it will not get ride of the infection because of my compromised immune system . This experience left me feeling like making money quickly was more important than dealing with my mouth issue. One solid positive thing about their business is that they do have newer equipment and modernization, which is nice if your mouth is small. Like the facilities are good, and my previous experiences were good. ."

"I've been going to Monda and Weiss for several years and they do very good work. I've had at least 3 crowns and several cavities fixed there. They treat you well even if you have medicaid, and I can't say that for all dentists. Their office is nice and clean, you never have to wait long, and both doctors will answer your questions and both do good work. All of the dental hygienists make you feel comfortable and do a good job. The new receptionists are friendly and professional. I highly recommend them."

"I love going to the dentist. Everyone there is polite professional. My hygienist was particularly careful and yet. I felt that my teeth were clean to perfection. I know visiting the dentist isn't fun Foo everyone, but they make it a pleasant experience."

I felt as though I'd know these people for years upon my 1st visit. I had a pair of brand new dentures made, replacing my old ones that I struggled with for several years.The entire procedure was quick & smooth.I really liked the way the dentists & assistants interacted with one another during my appointments. They shared their knowledge to achieve the best end result. I am totally amazed with the final results! My new dentures fit perfect & are beautiful. I haven't needed to return for any adjustments as they got it right the 1st time! I highly recommend this dentist practice. Do yourself a favor & schedule an appointment & see for yourself.
