"If you work with this company avoid working with Anthony Johnson. The phone call that I received on the afternoon of May 13th 2024 from Mr. Anthony J. was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. When Anthony heard, once again that I was declining moving forward with the house we were under contract with after it failed multiple areas of inspection, he began to make pressuring, bullying and unprofessional statements in regards to my capability to find a home. Anthony neglected to tell me about the odor and feces covered yard, misleading me to believe the home was sanitary. The inspector in the residence immediately told me it would have to be professionally addressed. My stomach was nauseated by the smell, I almost walked straight back out the house. It was smell that was so deeply embedded in the home's interior, it should have been apparent to Mr. Johnson. I spent over 16 hours of travel, over $2000 making the trip, renting the car, traveling with my special needs toddler, scheduling the inspection, making numerous arrangements only to be met with a house that smelled like the back rooms of the S.P.C.A. I am highly offended, deeply appalled and completely at a loss for words for the time I’ve taken out of work, and my family’s routine thinking I was purchasing a home that was at least clean. I didn’t expect a clear inspection report, but I did expect a decently clean home. Anthony kept walking around unnecessarily chanting “I told her about that problem”, “I told her that would be on the inspection report” repeatedly. He ignored my mother, who was present with me when she asked him questions about the property. I informed Mr. Johnson, if he had mentioned those two things, I would have never moved forward and made an offer. Yet he mentioned the smell in both of the houses he toured before and after, this leads me to believe it was intentionally omitted. He made claims that his house smells because of dogs, which is unrelated to pointing out how sanitary a space is for a new potential resident. Mr. Johnson stated “I don’t want to make you seem some kind of way to…. you know…other people who might work with you” along with “you’re going to find problems with every house”, and kept repeating general statements after I informed him that I understood what he was saying. He made claims that I was being unreasonable and that “maybe it didn’t smell that bad when I went to go see it”, referring to the urine soaked basement that had an odor that carried to the first floor. I had to state more than several times to Mr. Johnson that I am capable of making a decision based on current circumstances. I should not need to restate over and over again that I am not interested in a home to the point where I had to explicitly say “please do not mention that house again. I do not want it!” I politely stated “I ask for your expertise in areas that it is needed and I did not need it in regards to finding what I was comfortable living in along with the debt it would bring with repairs”. Mr. Johnson stated that after showing me the houses today he would no longer go out of his area because of my decision to not purchase the house. He also would no longer do video tours despite it being the only house he suspiciously didn't mention about smell. He also stated that the inspector that I chose to work with was “particularly tough” and implied that she was difficult to work with because of the number of issues she finds. I was emotionally upset by the pressures brought on by Mr. Johnson to purchase the home. The implication in his broken up sentences that he would report me as being “difficult” or “unreasonable” to NACA and future realtors I’d work with was extremely concerning as NACA is my means to provide a home for my family within my budget. Mr. Johnson’s indirect comments were indirect threats to me and my participation with NACA. My mother was present for the initial pressure and gaslighting, she was also offended by the actions of Mr. Johnson. This was a huge and costly oversight on Mr. Johnson’s part."

"We have seen 2 houses where Bonnie Loya was the listing agent. She scheduled viewings for this past Saturday, and we drove 45min to go see it and fell in love. Our own realtor texted Bonnie to get some additional information about the house only to be told that they already accepted an offer. We were NOT advised that there was a serious offer on the table already that they were negotiating with, AND there was a lovely young single mother that had a viewing AFTER ours. She had no courtesy to let our realtors know that there was already an offer on the table (AND HAD ACCEPTED THAT OFFER) before we spent 2+ hours of our day on a house that wasn't even available. We experienced a similar situation with her, where they had an open house but already had an offer. So it feels like she's wasting everyone's time, just to get potential back-up buyers if their initial offer falls through. It was just rude and inconsiderate of everyone's time."
