"I talked to Penny today. First bad sign was they had no record of my prior emergency visit when they put one of my one dogs to sleep. I needed a vital-care appointment for my remaining dog. Second bad sign was Penny's indifference - as they were booked solid for months. But I really really needed help for my dog, and was fair, honest and polite enough to admit that this dog (25 pounds) can be ornery at the vet. Penny put me on hold, said she consulted an owner and replied that they did not want my business."
