Then I met Dee who works there and I'm not sure what I would do without her! She's amazing! No offense, there's no one better! She makes me feel comfortable and never judges! "This place is excellent. There's no air of judgment and superiority like you might find at other clinics; staff, from the doctor to the receptionist, are fantastically helpful! Getting to see just one or two doctors regularly means i have time to establish a rapport with everyone there. Staff really does go out of their way to ensure easy access to medication, even alerting you to which of the pharmacies work kindly with clients and which take a cold or hostile stance. They offer a ton of helpful services from hep c/HIV detection & treatment to a long-acting buprenorphine injection, along with a certified recovery specialist who offers you support in other areas of life so you can focus on your own recovery! I've been to a couple medication-assisted treatment centres and this one is the best so far-flexible, friendly, reliable, and compassionate, Trilogy is a genuinely fantastic place!"
