"I’ll never go here again I tried to hang in there I was so respectful and when I had multiple documents sent over to continue with my care and asked continuously for the B12 shots I needed for three years I asked and I continuously got told she didn’t have the paperwork I had the paperwork sent over I called over to her the nurse told me she put it in her bin. I didn’t hear from her for two months, still have not so I changed my doctor, last visit I had with Dr. Alam I told her I kept asking her for the B12 shots and I still haven’t been treated that I still haven’t Received them. She told me I never asked her and basically called me a liar when it’s on file and sent me for blood work multiple times that I’m getting bills in the mail for, but I was never treated. So what was the blood work for? I’m a grown woman I will not be treated this way. She does not communicate with other doctors. I had many other doctors tell me to switch And for that, I am thankful because I have never felt better because I’m actually being treated the way I should’ve been from the beginning. Also, instead of treating you, she will pass you from Dr. to doctor and just collect from your insurance company or send you bills in the mail for that matter. Shout out to the nurses that work there because you guys do nothing wrong and your great people! Thank you to the nurses I appreciate you!"

"I feel sick to even call her A Dr. and nervous when im there, I should feel comfortable speaking to my doctor. Alam is not understandable at all. I don’t know who gave her license she should have it revoked. I cant get a doctors note until Ima cleared for being sick. I could have lost my job. She sends me to different places and giving me excuses for it. Im willing to equiparate she Does not !!! I do not really recommend at all. if you find your self there run. She sends you to other places so they can make money off you health insurance ! She also stated verbally that everything is fine on my back X-Ray when there is a actually a issue & my X ray shows something wrong with lower s1. I had to call the office for results when usually most offices call you when results are in."

"I was very happy with Dr. Alam, until I went for x-rays and ultrasound of my knee. The pain was, and still is excruciating. I've waited, and still waiting for Dr. Alam to call me back with results. I've left numerous messages with the staff for Dr. Alam to please give me my results, I'm always told "ok, the Dr. will call you back" ... 2 months later, I'm still waiting. I've switched doctors. At this point, the pain has gotten worse. I am very disappointed, all this while, I could've had something seriously wrong, and I wouldn't know. Now, I have to start all over again with a new doctor. I hope things change, because Dr. Alam is a kind and caring person. It's a shame that she does not follow up with her patients."
