"I needed to strengthen my legs, bilateral knee replacements a couple of years ago. I have been working with the physical therapy team at Kinetic at the Eagleview facility. Only after a couple of sessions I began to notice a difference in my ability to climb stairs and stepping up on curbs, etc. After about 3 weeks I noticed even my energy level had improved. One of the several things I appreciate are the exercises they choose for me to do each session. These exercises are things I can continue to do at home. No fancy equipment needed, and they work!"
