Whitefield House Museum
β ClosedThe Whitefield House Museum, part of the Moravian Historical Society located at 214 East Center Street in Nazareth, Pennsylvania, is dedicated to preserving, interpreting, and celebrating the rich culture of the Moravians. This nonprofit museum and historic site is home to the 1740-1743 Whitefield House and the 1740 Gray Cottage, the oldest surviving Moravian structure in North America. As the third oldest historical society in Pennsylvania, the Moravian Historical Society offers permanent and special exhibitions, as well as a museum store with gifts, books, and artisan items. Visitors can explore the significant collection and historically important 18th-century site while learning about the Moravian heritage. The museum is open 7 days a week from 1-4 p.m. and welcomes all to experience the history and culture of the Moravians.
