"The owner Dawn is a piece of work. She stopped my psychiatrist services for anxiety because Dr. Pope helped us place my son in an RTF for treatment and when she left and I asked for paperwork that stated that the recommendation came from Dr. Pope. Dawn refused even though he was a minor -and discontinued my services. They were always rude and making people upset and clearly from the other reviews I am not the only client or parent of a client who had felt this way!"
"Not flexible at all.. I'm a single mom who works for the school we had a 2hr delay and I was sick the week before and never told my mother who called for me that if I miss another one I can only make one appointment at a time... My therapist was wonderful but the others not so much... If I don't drive I don't get paid and with the 2hr delay we already have other who cant work the AM runs.. SO YEA I LEFT THEM AND AM VERY UNHAPPY"
"TERRIBLE BUSINESS, the lady that runs this place dosnt care about your mental health all they care about it getting your money. They are not flexible AT ALL and punish you for not being able to make the appointment that your lucky if you even get in the first place."
"Place is very unprofessional. The receptionist is very rude, she should not be working in a mental health facility. Also, when you call about medication questions you never receive a call back. The only person I feel like is good is Tom, he takes the time to listen but again we never get call backs."
"This place was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. It resulted in hours of lost work for a doctor who was over an hour late with her phone call and repeated the same questions four and five times that we had already answered for our daughter. She had some television program on in the background of the phone call which infuriates me that our insurance paid for that type of service. We told the doctor multiple times that our child was already receiving counseling services and at the end of the call she said “well, I’m going to refer her to start counseling”. She honestly listened to not ONE concern we had and was extremely difficult to understand over the phone. If there was an option to choose zero stars, that would be our choice. HIGHLY recommend avoiding this place if you have legitimate behavioral health concerns that need to be addressed."
