Internal Medicine Associates of Abington - Horsham

"If you can ever see a doctor, they might be decent but I was told it would be 4 months for a SICK visit for my husband the other day (but luckily he got in within the hour because of a cancellation)and today I called for a sick visit for myself and I was told I could only see someone virtually. This was after I told her I've had a cough that has gotten worse over the last 3 weeks and it's very uncomfortable and bothersome. I told her I needed someone to look and listen to me and they couldn't do that virtually so I guess that wasn't going to work. Instead of trying to make it work so I could get in with anybody at all at any time, she chose to chastise me for the fact I hadn't been to the office in two years anyhow and I should at least be coming for physicals. I certainly won't return to them!!"

"Service by the doctors and nurses is excellent, however administrative staff and support is lacking execution to the point of wasting my time. Over the last few years I have had to call back (and wait on the line) numerous times to fix referrals and billing, some of which are still outstanding today months after the point of service. While past problems have been resolved eventually, I've had to give hours of time (always during work hours when the line is open) that I don't have to talk to multiple staff members just to receive basic health care. After receiving a second erroneous bill for a service I completed in June and have already spent time talking to insurance and office staff about resolution, I will not be returning to the office."

"I would give this place zero stars if this things would let me!!!! Horrible staff.. Doctors are even worse. My girlfriend got lost and hit traffic on her way here. The receptionist told her not to bother coming after she called crying and saying she was going to get disciplined at work if she didn't have the note because she left early to go to her appointment. I called she was just as rude with me. They still charger her for the visit. Goes to show you all they actually care about is the money for sure. She will be getting another doctor."

"Saw Dr. O'Connell at Horsham office. Online appointment process was super easy (used for routine physical so not an urgent or sick visit). Staff at practice were nice and helpful. Doc was great - spent a lot of time with me and did a very thorough review. Lab results communicated quickly and nurse followed up with additional phone call for my questions. Excellent experience!"

"This practice has grown too large, and no one from the front desk to the doctors cares about patients anymore. I had an appointment in which the doctor never showed up, and it was suggested that I leave. After giving them another chance, I was misinformed about a form I needed signed(while there twice!) and then told that previous appt was documented at a patient walk out. Will definitely find a practice where my time out of work for appointments is valued or at the very least respected."
