"Their 9.95 insurance is only for $900 in benefits, plus they have a 2 year exclusion! No wonder they say the insurance is in affect for as long as you pay your premiums...you're giving them free money. Better off to out into a savings account for how pitiful the payout is! I canceled mine ASAP!!! THERE SHOULD BE LAWS AGAINST THIS KIND OF SCAM!"
"Edit: It took me 4 months to cancel and I was billed the entire time, without ever being refunded (despite the policies being inactive within the first few weeks) Original: I've been trying to cancel my policy for 3 weeks. I've submitted the cancelation forms, and contacted them 4 times. Nobody will respond, and if I'm lucky enough to get an email reponse it's just a rep sending me to a website page with no relevant information. This company is a nightmare to deal with...."

"Horrible company! We have been getting run around regarding a claim for the last 3 weeks. Every customer service rep that we have talked to has contradicted the previous rep. They don’t do they job properly. Would not recommend! Aflac is WAY better!!!!!!"
"Worst insurance company i have ever dealt with!! I have been calling them everyday for the last 3 weeks to make a change to my policy and no one can be bothered to call me back. I've even tried to call the 1800 number and they couldn't help either just told me to call a different number and they don't answer or return calls either."
