"If a rating of zero stars was possible, I would give Ron's agency zero stars. I've been a customer for 11 months and I haven't ever met Ron or spoken with him personally. His "team" has handled my account since I relocated and was referred by another State Farm agency. Despite lengthy conversations with his office about my insurance needs, when I filed a claim about a loss, they informed me I wasn't covered. It's very disappointing to be treated like a number, not a customer, especially when it comes to something as important as insurance. Do yourself a favor and find an agent that cares."

"The folks at this office truly provide top notch service. So helpful, go out of their way to assist. On Friday I mentioned to Ruth Ann that I was looking to trade in my car on Saturday. On Monday, she followed up to check on me to make sure I had proper insurance coverage. Their answers to my questions are well thought out and typically save me money. I definitely recommend."
