We were lucky to have Dr. Falcon Hernandez, She has various medical experience. She took care of Mom from A to Z. The whole staff in this medical facility have excellent attitude and professionalism."

"Two of my family members utilized this ExpressCare facility due to proximity to their home and received despicably poor care - truly, negligent care. I am disgusted with the care provided and will be contacting the facility’s medical director directly to discuss this further. Seek care elsewhere. Jeanette Cahill didn’t ask any questions, didn’t place a hand on my family members and in fact didn’t even touch my family members. She sat at the computer and ordered medication with her back turned to them. She didn’t even listen to their lungs - and one of them has end stage renal disease (on dialysis) as well as heart disease, the other just had surgery. One was positive for flu, which of course can cause respiratory complications including pneumonia. Maybe she doesn’t know that? Horrifying."

"Last year their doctor performed a hystorectomy on me one year has passed and as a result of the procedure I am now diagnosed with cystocele and rectocele. When I first got evaluated by her she recommended a hystorectomy with no other alternative. Before the surgery wore a pessary for 2 years thinking a hystorectomy is the only choice I have because I have a malfunction and I trusted my doctor as well as the hospital. I thought I was in good hands with her and I can live normal again. When I went to see her she didn't seem surprised at all and blamed my active lifestyle(I am a stay at home mum not an athlete). I told her that a pink ball was coming out and she said in the most scarstic tone 'we know all about your pink balls'. She hurriedly fitted me with a pessary and went on her way telling me that the only other option for me is another surgery. I went to see her yet again because the pessary is very painful and I asked her to refit me with another one, none of them worked. She said I can live with the problem until surgery. Now I'm worse off before I had surgery, never once she mention physical therapy when I had a fully functioning uterus, never once she mentioned lifting the uterus. I'm 36 fulltime mum taking care of two toddlers and walking around with a falling bladder.I had to ask her for a referral for a physical therapist. Its difficult to do day to day tasks. Now I have to find another doctor and look for a physical therapist.I'm never letting her perform another surgery on me."

"I went to have a few tests done. Not sure if anyone will look or be interesting in my comments but the experience stood out to me. As someone who HATES Dr offices and just medical stuff in general this office was really nice. Everyone was very professional and the whole experience is very comfortable. They give you a robe and gown to change into when your waiting for your tests. (I needed mri) and then they take you to each individual room for each test. It was nice and put my nerves at Ease. Even the hall ways were warm, if you have the options to have a test done here do it here. :)"
