"Scheduling appointments with them has been a nightmare. The first time I called it was a fight to get on the schedule. The person we spoke to was rude and clearly pulled in too many directions. After scheduling our appointment, taking off work, pulling kids out of school, we got a call only hours before to be told them had to reschedule for THREE months later. That was after waiting 3 months for the 1st appointment. The person who called to cancel wasn't very kind about it, either. I understand some things can't be helped, but attitude and good customer service are things you CAN control."
