"I love this Sherwin-Williams location on Perry Hwy in Wexford, Pa. The staff is very professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the customer service, not only towards me, but to the other customers in the store as well. Customer service these days seems to be at an all time low in many industries, it’s refreshing to see a company who obviously places customer service and education over “making the sell”. Steve, the manager, is personalable and an outstanding asset to the company. The other staff is outstanding as well: Chris, Alisha and Tyler. The expertise, customer experience, material quality and exceptional service is definitely more valuable than going to a big box store to save a few bucks for less quality."
"Sherwin Williams is the best paint around. I have used this store over the years for all of my paint needs. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. I do miss Cody who is now at the North Hills store. He is fantastic at matching colors - even when you have very little to work with. But... he is just a phone call away. They stay pretty busy, so you might have to wait. Definitely worth it."
