"I stopped in here on a whim with my 3 year old son who desperately needed a hair cut. He absolutely hates hair cuts and cried the majority of the time but Lori was absolutely AMAZING with him and his hair cut is exactly what I wanted. She was so sweet and understanding and the other stylists that weren’t busy came over to help with him, too. We will definitely be back!"

"Took my daughter here to get a haircut, as it was the only salon around that evening that wasn’t completely booked or had a crazy long wait. All we went for was a trim. Kassie gave her a trim, but she also made her cry. My daughter’s hair get tangled very easily and instead of trying to be gentle when she brushed through her hair, she just ripped right through the knots. And then when she started getting teary eyed about it, she told her it was necessary to brush it like that and to not be so sensitive. Definitely not taking her back to her in the future."
