"Honestly the pediatric department with scheduling is terrible, they book you for one day, but don't give you the correct day. Then want to make it seem like your at fault for being a working parent, then refused to let me reschedule my son for their mistake. I now have had to reschedule 3times due to being given incorrect dates."

"I got a cleaning and my wisdom teeth taken out. Everything went smoothly. Prices are affordable. Honestly, the only bad thing is how long it can take to get a screening appointment."

"I don't know what happened to this place in the last two years. I had thousands of dollars in treatment in 2019, 2020, and 2021 and it went very well. The student was excellent and so was the teaching dentist. The student even gave me her e-mail in case I had any trouble. Now I had a crown fall off ten days ago and after 4 calls, no one has called me back. I guess they are teaching their students if your patients call with problems, don't answer and they will just go away. I told them on the answering machine (which they never listen to) that I am coming in to buy glue and glue my own tooth back in. Read all the other reviews. They are all accurate to what I have seen in the last 2 years. I can't find another dentist as they don't want to correct what another dentist has started. They want to start their own work from scratch again for thousands of dollars more. Pitt dental is definitely falling apart."

"This may be my best and worst experience. Best being the doctor, worst being the customer service and scheduling department. In need of root canal for months and when I called in September it took me more then 10 calls to make an appointment. Just a heads up don’t wait for a call back because you will never get one. So for the sake of yourself just keep calling until you get someone on the phone. On the other hand, the root canal itself with Dr. Richter and his assistant Jessie was seriously the most smooth and comfortable experience i have ever had. Post root canal No pain, no soreness, anesthesia wore off within 2 hours after it was done. Dr. Richter was very attentive and understanding. Lifting the mood he made jokes every so often and even played music! I just cannot believe how relaxed I was doing a root canal. Reading the reviews prior to today I was freaking out because all I saw were one stars and complains about infections. I guess I just got lucky with Dr Richter and Dr Jessie. Thanks to them I had the best root canal done and I cannot wait to get my second one done next month!"

"Received better help here during COVID. Was never added to the list at check in even though I came to the front desk and gave all my info. Called yesterday to get an emergency appointment for a tooth infection. They only had an 8AM available. My appointment was the first of the day and somehow everyone who arrived after and who's appointment was later was called back and taken care of before me. I just waited two hours to be given the consent form. Someone walked in as a emergency 30 mins after me. They had no appointment and that person was called back and currently waiting with me and I am sitting here with my scheduled appointment for two hours ago. Make it make sense... Please care about your job and patients more. It's a horrible feeling when someone is sick or not feeling well that the people in charge of getting you help don't care about you or your time."
