"Everyone here is wonderful and super kind. I want to give a shout out to my friend Nick Gennaro. He's one of the nicest people I've ever met. The location is super clean and organized. One of the best dealerships I've been to."
"Julis Blackstone was a excellent salesman! He made the buying process easy and covered all the details. I will definitely call him on my next vehicle purchase"
"A year ago, I was very interested in purchasing a Nissan Frontier from them. They were very helpful as they had just obtained this truck, and hadn’t even put it in their shop yet to clean it up. They moved it up in their inspection schedule so that I could come test drive it, as I was trying to move fast on it. Outside was clean, almost looked brand new. I asked them to lift it though, and I was blown away. The entire underbelly had bad rust spots, with a few rust rots in different areas. The front right control arm actually had it bad enough that I could see where a mechanic did a screw driver test on it (it obviously left marks). I sent pictures to my mechanic to verify that it was as bad as I thought, and he told me that the control arm (as well as about 3 other parts) would need immediately replaced, with some of the rot starting to form on the frame itself. He actually said that if that came through his shop, he would deem it as not road safe, as well as any other mechanic that he knows of. The salesmen I worked with had to write down the parts I named so as “not to sound dumb” to their mechanic, as I told them if they were to replace these parts, I would consider buying this at their listed price. They were very accommodating and nice up until this point, but when I told them I thought their price was too high, given the needed repairs that I would have to pay as soon as I got it off the lot as well as compared to other frontiers, the salesmen got passive aggressive and tried to guilt trip me. I could tell he wasn’t taking me seriously (which is funny seeing as how the man didn’t know the name or function of the parts I told him needed replaced), so I showed him almost 10 other trucks in the area that were comparable, (one being a year newer truck of the same exact model and way cleaner bones), that were cheaper and same price with night and day better condition. He ended up telling me that they were going to sell the truck “as is,” and tried to guilt trip me as if I was wronging the person that traded in the truck to them in the first place. If that wasn’t enough, I read on the carfax that the truck had been in one accident. It stated “right, rear” on the report. When I looked underneath, I could see where the truck had been repaired, except the repair was on the wrong side of the truck compared to the report. I stated this, and the salesman pretty much ignored the statement. This should’ve been my first red flag from the beginning. Upon reading other recent reviews who seemed to have purchased vehicles from them around the time that I was looking with similar or worse experiences, I wish I would’ve left a review the day I walked away, as I was confident this was not a one-off circumstance."
"UPDATE: Dan/Dave, I have repeatedly tried to get a response from three different people at Wright.I purchased a used 2019 Volvo XC60 from the Hyundai location, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The vehicle began to have electrical problems, and since I purchased an expensive extended warranty from the F&I department, I had to have the vehicle towed to a local shop for the repair. As it turns out, the shop found evidence of previous flood damage. There was so much water damage to electrical components, that my car insurance company is going to consider the vehicle as a total loss. I’ve been without a car for seven weeks, eight as of this Thursday. As a single mother of two and a full-time school principal, not having a vehicle is not an option. It has been nearly two months of borrowing cars from friends and paying for rental cars with credit cards. I have had one response from Wright last Wednesday, however it has been nothing but ghosting and crickets after a vague promise of “making it right.” Because I purchased a now worthless extended warranty, the check that I receive from my car insurance company will be far less than the balance of my loan, and I will be on the hook for higher insurance premiums. Everyone was very nice and accommodating before they sold me the car. Sadly, your company is clearly not concerned about getting loyal repeat customers. All I am asking is Wright at least pay me the difference of what I owe on the car, refund me my $4600 for the extended warranty and the $500 I had to spend for a rental car. I have not even had this car a year. I think I am being generous. April 17, 2024 Well, received a call from the manager on Monday about an hour after posting the above. He pretty much said it was a Volvo problem and that he would do some research and call me later that day. I am yet to hear a word. Something is telling me that this car was never inspected when they took it in as a trade. There is no way this after damage would have been missed. And that is not even saying about the alternator and tensioner that had to be replaced. The car was officially totaled by my insurance yesterday. I am writing this in hopes that this does not happen to anyone else, especially another single mom."
"They’ll try to steal your car while it’s in service and then call your bank and threaten them if they don’t come get the car they’re gonna sell it. Thus resulting in an automatic repossession on your credit history. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, don’t let them service your car and don’t buy a car from them. No matter, save your money and the headaches that come along with this place. All the other one star reviews are 10000% accurate about this shady place"
