Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

"Olive garden is good for local Italian. Their soup, salad and bread sticks is always a fan favorite. They have a large variety of dishes to choose from."

"The service here was on point, but I have noticed that Olive Garden is following down the same path as Outback steakhouse with shrinking the plates and portion sizes. At least at Outback the steak portions are the same but on smaller plates, but this chicken Alfredo portion was laughably small. Especially considering the price hasn't gone down! I did a little research and some articles said that the mother company (Darden I think?) Decided to "appeal more to waist-watching milennials" by shrinking portions. That would be fine and dandy if the prices weren't the same. No hate on our Waitress or the taste of the meal though, just the Corp for robbing us of the Alfredo noodles we so deserve."

"Nicely decorated for Christmas. Hostess as well as waitress were not the friendliest. (Apparently, quite a few servers called off so it inconveniences the patrons to have to wait 25-30 minutes for a table. Once we were seated, our server was okay. She did forget a few times to refill our drinks. Our 6oz. steak was rubbery, pasta dry, ravioli not really stuffed. We know we will not be returning to this particular location in the future."

"Very disappointed in the food and service. Breadstick were hard, soup was cold, entree cold, tortellini was not cooked. It was a VERY slow night - no wait time coming in at 7 PM on a Friday night. So for our entrees to take an hour to come out is ridiculous. And on top of that the food was cold. Did not want to complain because we did not want to wait. We asked for to go boxes to bring back home to reheat and enjoy. Waitress was very minimal and rarely checked on us. She was busy having a very unprofessional conversation with the manager on duty at the bar. Going off about an interaction she had with a guest stating “We are our own bosses.” The fact that this place has an average 4.4 rating is astonishing!"

"Our experience was beautiful. This was my first time trying Olive Garden. I had the crispy chicken Alfredo, and it was great. The portion was perfect. The portion of the salad was too much. I couldn't even have a quarter of it. The service was great, the waitress was so professional she took our order and made sure everything was right till the end. The place was clean and quiet. We loved the self paying machine it also has some games for only $3, so we played while waiting for our food. Our only concern was the bathroom it was not clean and smelled too bad. We hope this changes because bathrooms are important."
