Applebee's Grill + Bar

"I know it's "just Applebee's" but it was very good. Our food actually arrived looking like it does on the menu and tastes great. I was pleasantly surprised. We will absolutely go back especially because one of us loves the all you can eat wings and fried shrimp."

"Where to begin... I asked for a table instead of the booth by the bathroom they were trying to seat us in so we walked to the complete other side of the restaurant to sit in the table by the bathroom, wait stand and the to-go door, passing EVERY empty table on the way because it still wasnt the dinner hour. Our bad. Then we met our high-on-something waitress and her manager, who kept taking our orders for refills and bringing out items we didn't order. My wife nearly had to trick the waitress into giving us straws. Finally, our waitress, who again was high as a kite, was reassigned to another section without telling us or apparently anyone else as we sat there for nearly 45 additional minutes with ALL of the waiters and waitresses standing behind us but no one waiting on us. Once we had to finally say something it took 3 waitresses and the manager to "figure out" what was happening in a near-comical Keystone Cops routine that I could almost hear the music to. Well, they found our waitress in her section where they sent her and made her come back and apologize before giving us our check to make sure we knew it was no-one's fault. Before we left, Manager Fife stopped back to say they were sorry and we should stop back to see him. He is here 6 days a week and we just have to ask for him by name. Not sure what was meant by that as it certainly didn't lead to any satisfaction or resolution to the evening's debacle."

"I got the Cajun salmon with broccoli and mash potatoes, but there was nothing Cajun about the seasoning. Yes, it looks good on the plate, but the best thing on the plate was the broccoli because it had salt and pepper. The atmosphere was better at night. Day the bartender would rather talk to coworkers than take care of customers. He did check on me every once in a while. A few TVs to watch what you want. The selection of deer is good."

"1.). Nearness to our Hotel -- Holiday Inn Express. 2.) Nearness to PIT International Airport 3.). Proximity to Off/On Ramp to the Freeway. 4). But, especially, a Big BIG Thank You from my wife and I, and our Son, to Autumn, the best Waitress in the World. Autumn -- you are an incredible PEOPLE-PERSON. We come back to Applebee's, over and over again, because of your friendliness, professional courtesy, and politeness."

"VERY good place! Seriously Good food, I recommend the chicken tenders and fries (tho from the kids menu.) The waitress Jen was EXTREMELY good, nice, helpful and kind 10/10 At atmosphere was so nice and pretty. Will 100% be coming back here Update Wed, Nov 29: Dylan is cool"
