"Staff is absolutely LAZY. Inside twerking infront of the windows instead of making orders. Horrible additude. Doors locked at 9 pm when people are trying to picking doordash/ uber eats orders. i waited 20 minutes for 1 order. 1 small order at that."
"Easily the worst McDonald's in the Pittsburgh area. The only thing they do consistently here is forget part of your order, so make sure to check your bag before you leave if you go here. To their credit, they are always apologetic and try their best to get it right as quickly as possible, but I'd rather just have my order correct the first time around. The food itself is fine for what passes for McDonald's standards these days, but certainly not worth the hassle at the end of the day. If you want fast food in this area, you're much better off at the Wendy's down the road."
