"Foods Much fresher then the sewickly location. Tacos are always crunchy not mushy . The season fries with cheese is good. I like the nacho fries better. Taco pizzas one of my favs. The cheesy potatoes are the best. So If your passing threw and just want that fast food fix I'd go here."
"TERRIBLE!!!!! I ordered through the app after coming home from a long road trip and took advantage of it being convenient to order through the Taco Bell app. The app just has you submit a review and the last time this happened nobody EVER contacted me. I called the store and spoke with the “manager” Jason who needs some lessons in customer service because he lacks it. As a manager on duty, you gotta figure it out. Someone who’s ordered two meals and it arrives with 2 of the 7 items ordered. When I called he stated he couldn’t do anything at all. Well what he could of done was substitute for the items we didn’t get and probably won’t ever get a refund on. DO BETTER!"
"We have always had good experiences at this Taco Bell except for Saturday night. We came through the drive through around 10pm. We ordered and they told us to pull into the parking space and wait. Not to mention there were about 4 cars there already. We waited about 25 minutes for our food and they brought it out and half of an almost 50$ order was missing. We pulled into the drive through line again and told them we were missing items. They chose to ignore us and we had to pull up to the window in which the worker responded with “I made it you can check the cameras” we simply just wanted our food we paid for and said we understood if there was a mix up. They told us they’d make it and to pull back around into the spot. Another 15 minutes goes by and someone finally comes back with the food. Another bag of completely random and incorrect items from what we ordered. At this point it has been almost an hour and we just decided to leave because obviously nothing was going to be fixed. Very rude closing staff and a waste of money."
