"We had a few returns of stuff we bought online so we returned it to the store. When greeted by the cashier she acted like she was so much better than us. Then was so rude the entire time. I’m tired of terrible customer service everywhere you go! I also guess this lady was the manager when we called the store to complain. So that’s really professional."

"The employee that works there named Ella is the sweetest person I’ve ever encountered at a store before. She helped us find everything we were looking for and made sure to get us the right sizes too. She helped me pick out cute outfits to buy and it honestly felt like I was just shopping with a friend. 100/10 would recommend asking Ella if you ever need help with anything at this store!"

"I visited the store last week to try on a t-shirt I saw online. I, however, was unpleasantly met with a gentleman named Cody. He was very aggresive and stared at me while I was shopping the entire time. He also refused to order something online for me. He needs some customer service training. 2/10 would NOT recommend Cody."

"The Manager that works at this one is very rude. She followed my friend around making rude comments and insinuating that she was shoplifting. I was completely appalled that she would treat her in this manner. It was so bad that we left the things that we ate going to buy sms went to a completely different American eagle all together. I'll probably never shop at one ever again. It's a shame because it used to be one of my favorite stores all together."
