"Hello, my name is Lauren and I just wanted to compliment the staff at the Springfield Store in Marple Shopping Center (store 4933). Whenever I go into the store it is clean and inviting and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. On the last few occasions that I have visited, I had the pleasure of being helped by Christine and Keisha. Those 2 young ladies are awesome! They helped me pick out a beautiful dress for an important work meeting and a pair of the fabulous new skinny jeans! I felt so beautiful and confident! They also helped me with bras and workout clothes and let me know about the deals and promotions going on in the store. I already have a LB credit card, but if I didn't, they definitely would have convinced me to get one! Beyond their expertise with sizing and styling, they are extremely friendly and personable. I felt like I was shopping with friends! I live closer to another location, but I drive past it to go to this location because of the selection and service! As long as these ladies are working at Springfield, I'll keep coming back!"
