"The food is fine, but the service the last few times I’ve been here has been sub-par, forgetting items, getting orders wrong, excessive wait times, etc. Occasional instances like this are normal with any kind of fast food/ quick service establishment, but a lot in a short window of time is usually a sign that something isn’t working right. A change in management should probably be considered."
"Usually this location is a go-to for me and my girls at our salon up the road but they disabled their order ahead feature and we don't have time to wait for all of our drinks in the very long drive thru. Will be going somewhere else now. It's about to be 2024 - mobile ordering is necessary !"
"Thanks for topping off my coffee this morning. I understand some patrons may complain they aren’t getting a full cup but this is a bit ridiculous. When removing the lid the cheap paper cups collapse in and you end up with coffee everywhere. Next time leave some room in the cup and put the rest of the coffee on top of the lid so I can spill it in your store instead of my car."
"The staff was friendly but the cashier who took my order put “1/2” cream when I asked for an XL iced coffee with cream, sugar and vanilla. Don’t plan to return to this location because I felt embarrassed having to come back and ask for more sugar…"
