"Diane is, hands down, the best therapist I've ever had. If you want someone who will advocate for you while also holding you accountable, she's the one. I don't dread my sessions like I did in the past with prior therapists. Honestly, if Diane wasn't my therapist she would be one of my dearest friends. There's a warm familiarity in her demeanor and within our conversations. She never makes me feel judged or stupid. I always feel heard and validated. And let's face it, when I'm not being validated, it's only because I'm being called out on the BS coming out of my mouth. Whether you like it or not, that's a necessary part of therapy. It doesn't happen very often, however. Diane and I have the perfect rapport and she has no idea how much she means to me and how much she has helped me. I have so much more self-awareness and self-acceptance because of Diane. Kerri is the absolute best psychiatrist I have ever dealt with. She's extremely empathetic and caring, which are qualities I've never seen in a psychiatrist before. Kerri is not a pill-pusher. She will collaborate with you to find what works best for you, but ultimately allows you to have the final say in what you feel is best. Diane and Kerri have been the ultimate duo in my quest to combat my mental illnesses. They really give a damn. I can promise you that. Anyone who says differently is either lying or wasn't willing to receive the help that was offered to them. Lastly, Melanie is a Saint. That woman is beyond kind and patient. She adds such warmth to an already welcoming environment. They all make me feel safe, even the ones whose names I don't know. Axiom Counseling services as a whole is just the best place I've ever been to address my emotional and mental health needs. I am eternally grateful and appreciative."

"The way that employees were treated by management is awful. In my time going there there was constantly staff that quit and I had to start all over again with multiple therapists until I just quit. This place has a very higher turnover rate with their staff. It’s not just unprofessional it is doing the exact opposite effect of healing, when I could get in to see my therapists they were really nice but other than that I would give the place no stars if possible due to Melanie at the front desk telling me off or talking about the patients. To lose as much staff as this place has management seems seems terrible. Like I said the therapists themselves were nice but that’s it. If you want to get good therapy this is NOT the place to get it. There’s a lot of choices for therapy and anything is better than this place."

"They seem wonderful at first, but then they refuse to return your calls to make an appointment. I had a crisis and saw them for a few visits, then called to cancel (did not do a no show) and did not see them for a few months. Called a few times after to make an appointment, and they refuse to return my call. Really. You're a mental health place and you act like this to your patients trying to get help? Terrible."

"So I would normally never do anything like this, however I feel compelled to share at least my experience with Axiom; because after 25 years of experience with mental health specialists and therapists, etc, I can say that Axiom HANDS DOWN is the best place for counseling services I have ever encountered. And the reason I feel compelled to say so is because I've seen so many negative reviews for them and it baffles me. They are easy to access, definitely return phone calls, and are also just as kind and accommodating as one could need or expect. Diane has shown me nothing but compassion and respect and has never once rushed me. She's also an extremely gifted therapist, and I'm lucky that I get to work with her, Kerri and the rest of the staff."

"I have been with Axiom for about a year now. The staff are very courteous and kind they make you feel very comfortable!!! I have Brian as my counselor and he is the best , I have NEVER felt so comfortable with a counselor as I do with him. He is very attentive and caring and as a recovering addict himself and been clean for a long time he understands the struggle and at everyone of my visits I walk out learning at least something new each time I go!! Carrie my psych. Is the most zen and coolest... She also is amazing and very understanding and a great listener, she makes you feel at ease when you leave her office because she wants you to feel comfortable within yourself!! Ohhhh I don’t want to forget about Miss.Jenny she will be the first person you talk to at Axiom weather on the phone or in person. She is Axioms receptionist and she is so helpful and makes sure your appointments are scheduled at times that are convenient for your needs and she just makes you feel like your her priority and her heart is so big and you can tell she cares a lot about assisting others !! I recommend Axiom for many reasons and I look forward to my appointments and I feel like you would also !!!"
