"I normally check my food before I leave any drive through, but the people working the part where they give you food today literally tossed me the food and rushed me out of there. When I got home I was extremely disappointed. My daughter’s fruit (which you pay extra for) was missing from her non-kids nuggets meal. I had ordered a spicy deluxe with extra pickles and received a chicken deluxe meal no pickles. I had asked for mayo on the side and received none. We had no napkins or any of the sauces asked for, for each nugget meal we ordered. Highly disappointed for an almost $40 lunch!"

"Allways fast, allways great! I've never had any issues here, but it is pretty crowded at peak times. That said, even when crowded I can still get through the line, order, and get my food here faster than some other fast food places when empty."
"Usually I have no issues at chick fi la but my order today was unacceptable. This is supposed to be a 3 piece chicken tender meal. To put this in my meal and think it’s okay is NOT okay! Not to mention my fries were extremely hard. I’m very disappointed!"
"This is one of the busiest locations I’ve been. I’m used to this restaurant being busy but jeeeeeez. Luckily, the staff had a traffic plan that worked. The outside line wrapped around until you order at one of three stations and then drive around on in the inside line where you pick up your food. The service was as quick as it could be despite the amount of vehicles. Staff was also nice and professional."
