Abiding Faith Ministry is a vibrant and welcoming church located in the heart of Pittsburgh's Sheraden neighborhood. Founded by Lead Pastor Joyce Owens and Assistant Pastor Harry Owens, our church began its journey on October 3, 2010, with services initially held in the Owens' home at 3121 Bergman Street. Stay and Play is a Before and After School care program located at 102 West Rose Tree Road in Media, Pennsylvania. Established in 1990 at Reformation Evangelical Lutheran Church, we offer a nurturing environment for students in Grades 1 – 6 from the Rose Tree Media School District. Our program is part of the PA Keystone STARS Quality Initiative and is currently rated STAR Level 3. We provide morning care from 6:30 AM – 8:35 AM and afternoon care from 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM. As an Evangelical Lutheran Church of America Registered Childhood Education Center, we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience for children. Our curriculum includes a variety of educational activities, and our classrooms and outdoor playground are designed to be bright and cheerful. Families are encouraged to contribute to our operating costs by providing tissues and disinfecting wipes.
