Our Butler facility offers a range of classes tailored for men, women, and children, focusing on both physical fitness and mental well-being.Our Offerings:- Kung Fu: Our Kung Fu classes provide a fast-paced, high-energy workout. The program encompasses three main subjects: Basics, Kickboxing, and Defense. These classes are designed to improve muscle tone, flexibility, and strength.- Children's Classes: Specifically aimed at developing focus and discipline, our children's classes address four key areas: Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Social. These sessions are not only fun but also instill valuable life skills.- Tai Chi: Our adult Tai Chi classes offer a slow-motion, low-impact exercise regimen.
