Anna K. Gaines, MD, is a distinguished physiatrist, board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Dr. Gaines earned her medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed her residency and internship at UPMC. She specializes in treating stroke, spinal cord and acquired brain injuries, amputee care management, electrodiagnostic testing, and musculoskeletal pain.
