"I have been coming to the eye institute since I moved to Philly in ‘17 and all of the student doctors as well as the residents have been amazing. I want to especially highlight the resident And student doctors that I had the please of meeting this past Thursday when I went in for an emergency because I could not take my scleral Lens out and unfortunately I slept in it the night before because of it; however when I went in they took time out to check my vision after removing the lens and educating and reminding me why it’s soimportant to take them out every night. They also gave me the tools to take my lens out as well. Such a great place to go for eye care"
"My contact lens appt exhibited excellent customer service with the exception of the front desk woman…the very first desk you stop at before going to the booth. Her customer service skills need improving. She spoke to me in a low tone with her head down"
