"This place has been here for a long time and I have had people I know take pets there so I knew they were reasonable priced and took care of different animals safely. I took my dog over for just a few hours to see how she would tolerate it and she was fine, so I would not worry when I had to leave her overnight. She was fine but the people told me that she enjoyed when people were around, and slept ok, did not sit and bark, etc. That put my mind at ease so I am confident about leaving her when needed in the future. She was happy to see me though! So if you live in the area and need help with pet care, check the website for all of the services they offer, including in home visits/walking, boarding, daycare, etc. I am very pleased with my experience and the price. I continue to be very happy with my experience here, as the staff gets to know my dog it is smoother and easier when I drop off and pick up Another year of taking my dog there, she really enjoys it and the people, they take good care of her so even though I miss her when I have to leave her there, I'm not worried about her care. She practically runs to the door when we arrive and isn't always eager to leave since she enjoys the staff. If you have a pet that needs any kennel or other services they offer, check them out, they are very easy to work with. The staff is really good with her, very thorough with her food, toys, treats and any other needs as well as my contact info etc. I'm pretty flexible with drop off and pick up but their hours fit my needs"

"PLEASE READ !! ** We took our chocolate lab puppy here twice to board. This second visit is one I wish I could undo. Our dog came home limping on his back left paw, you can see some marks on this paw in the attached image. Furthermore, his pee upon arrival home was extremely dark as if he had not been given water for quite some time and was scarfing down his food which is highly abnormal for him. When I called and questioned the woman on the phone and asked when the last time he was fed and given water, she initially said "this morning" and then started jumbling her words together and changing her story. Mind you, it was nearly 5:30 PM when we picked him up. Lastly, the man that brought our dog out to us at the front desk was hoisting our dog up by his collar to walk him as he was visibly struggling to breathe and coughing. Meanwhile the leash we brought was in his other hand serving apparently no purpose. I'm wondering, if that's how they treat our dog in front of us, what is going on behind closed doors ?? A day after dropping our dog off, I called and asked if he could be bathed due to the smell and dirt from the last time we took him here. The woman replied by saying that was an impossible task due to his high energy. My dog and I both weigh roughly 100 pounds and I can bathe him here at home with no problem. So I'm wondering how a dog place such as this one is unable to perform such a simple task. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone who considers their dog more than just a wild animal. Be prepared for an outdated and very dirty location, not to mention the lack of care from the owners and staff. We recently moved here and I can assure you this will not be the location where our dog is cared for, I would rather drive the 45 minutes to our old kennel any day before taking him back here. Highly disappointed and still wondering what went on in the few days we were gone."

"Amazing!!! As a new dog owner, I’m was not comfortable leaving my dog anywhere. However, that is not my issue anymore! When I dropped off my dog I noticed the dog kennels are extremely clean and well kept. The owner is professional and very knowledgeable about all animals in general. It made my family feel comfortable to know that our baby was in good hands! Will use them again and again!"
